BlueMonster: turns towards camhead+eyeball towards pinch+autoblink

If you turn the blue happy monster with fixed body, you can do it
1. manually by dragging the slider
2. by webcam and turning your face left or right from the cam
3. to move the pupils of the monster, move you pinched fingers,
the monster will look to that direction
