MASK PICtoBLOB tool: load Pic+transform+draw MASK=blob on a part+export

here you can capture a blob as mask, and export the picture
+ as transparent.png
+ as download.png with white backing
to be used in zimjs.org/slate codeeditor,
but to make it more easier, upload directly to GITHUB.com on
the folder alldrawnpics you can make a foldername with filename.png

can be used directly into your code
